Kenmore Elite doing nothing but interior lights on

This fridge was about 1.5 years old when it happened. My inlaws were going to throw it out when it quit working but I went and got it. They live in a small town with 1 redlight and the closest walmart is 45 min away. The local repair guys wanted 200 just to come look at it. I have replaced the common relays based on the symptoms that my father inlaw told me. I had them here before I even got it home. It did nothing even though the seemed bad anyways. I then went looking for the model number and noticed the digital readout inside is not working. The only thing working on this fridge is the interior lights. I believe from research that it is the main control board found here .I wanted to make sure this is correct before I order it or if I am wrong in my diagnosis.
