Kenmore washer - Clothes are soaking wet after washing

Noticed the last couple loads once it is done the clothes are still soaking wet! Put it through a drain and spin cycle and it doesn't spin. Normal agitation works during the cycle but it appears that it will not spin. Any ideas? Cannot get the model numberr off of it so I included pictures, help please! Thanks.
