Freezer making noises, cause is bright red element burner?

Hi Guys

You helped me recently with my ice maker on to the next problem...
I randomly hear noises coming for the freezer followed by a drip noise. I was able to track the noises to the
back of the freezer at the bottom. There is a vented area where I noticed a bright red burner element that
illuminating. It was causing some heat making water drip onto the burner which created the "sizzle" noises
I was hearing. This only lasts for a minutes or so and then the element must cool off... Not sure what is
causing this or if this is something to be concerned about?
