display not working

hello every one
this is my first post .
hope to get some help here after searching so many websites.
my kitchenaid elecric range modle no:ykerc607hb8 dispay have stoped working . burners r all working. but oven and display is not working. oven light and surface light works. does any one have a link for service mannyal for this model . I am ataching 2 images one is backside of my oven , when i remove back plate i saw some burn/heat marks in the cotton/insulator is that common?
i will really appreciate for help
