I have a 9 year old dishwasher. A couple days ago a plastic lid fell into the black coil. I suppose that is the heated drier. However, it melted onto it. A part of the lid is still sticking to it. Big burn smell and the wife called me at the office very concerned.
I don't have a clue what to do. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
