Kenmore Elite 795.72053110 error ER 1F code

I tried the following things:
1. Uplugged the refrigerator for 5 minutes and plugged it back in. Error code went away and then came back and hour or two later

2. On the Icemaker, I hit the reset button and everything looks normal and water came out. The thing is the water never freezes.

Any ideas on what needs to be looked at or replaced?
