Refrigerator is not cooling properly- Zanussi

Good morning everyone,

I would like to share with you a problem we have with our built-in Zanussi refrigerator/freezer (combi).

The model is: Zi-2442

Around one week ago the fridge started to make a weird noise, sort of "mmmmmmm", also the freezer is making a water-like sound. It then stopped cooling, if we unplug it and plug it again it starts cooling again, it cools for around 3-4 hours then it stops, then it starts again. The upper part of the fridge is very cold, almost freezing but the lowest part is not cold.

We had one repair man who told us that the problem is that the "cooling liquid" is getting away from the tubes, he said we should buy a new one. He didn't turn the fridge or anything, he just touched the inside and checked the temperature.

I'm not sure ifyou can help us with this problem, the fridge is 4-5 years old. I have attached link to video with the noise.
