KitchenAid Superba Side-by-Side Freezing Refrigerator Items

I've had some trouble with my refrigerator freezing things, mostly at the top shelves. The freezer seems fine (everything is frozen). There doesn't seem to be any air flow blockage in the refrigerator, nor any ice accumulation in the back of the freezer or refrigerator. I've tried moving things around, and the thermostat setting has been at 1 (warmest/lowest setting) for about 2 weeks, but things are still frozen.

Reading other on this super helpful board, it seems the culprit parts may be:
1. thermostat/thermistors
2. control board
3. diffuser
4. damper motor

I'd definitely appreciate some help with further diagnosis and hopefully repair! =]
