4ft MICROFRIDGE FRIDGE IS WARM...BUT FREEZER COLD

I have a 4ft MICROFRIDGE that has a top freezer section and a bottom section for the fridge the freeezer section works fine but the fridge part is warm?

compressoer feels hot...and humms. external coils are clean. let me know where i can start.
