My Magtag Neptune Dryer has a broken drum. The repairman came out said it would cost $500 to fix it. Is that normal to have a broken drum this soon in my dryer? I paid a lot of money for this set. I bought Maytag because my Mom is still using my old set, which is about 30 years old.
