The interior light on my GE Profile over-the-counter convection/microwave oven is not working. I assume it has burned out because everything else is working OK. The owner's manual doesn't say anything about replacing the interior light, so I called GE tech support. To my surprise (putting it mildly) the rep told me that the interior light could not be replaced by the user, but required a service call. The part no. of the light bulb is WB36X10344. I've tried to remove the right-side interior stainless steel panel, because that looks like where the light might be, but the four screws securing it are extremely tight, so I thought I'd try to get some guidance before proceeding and possibly screwing something up. Any ideas?
