Neither broil or bake ignitors will light/glow

Sorry if this is a bit of a repeat - I've read some threads dealing with this issue but none are exactly my issue. I'm rather handy and can change parts in my oven, just not sure what to purchase at this point.

Let me give you some history:

Purchased this stove six months ago. It was used but taken care of. Only issue was a severe storm/lighting strike nearby impacted the range. I have the "tech" ticket indicating the spark module was replaced as it was not receiving voltage. This was 2009.

The stove worked fine for the about 3 months but we noticed that the bake igniter, in convection mode, didn't work from time to time. No obvious reason why. Oddly, when I used the "broil" option, the broil igniter kicked in and then when I switched to "bake", the bake igniter would work. I know, lame, but I'm busy with kids and this got us by.

Lately, it's been more erratic. Yesterday (Christmas), it worked fine but we used it a ton. Today, neither igniter will work. Neither glows AT ALL. I've taken the igniters out but I'm not exactly sure how to test whether it works (not sure where to touch it with my multimeter to verify). I did follow Jake's advice from another thread and plugged the stove in, put the meter on the connector (to the broiler igniter) and didn't get 120v reading. Guessing maybe the spark module died again?

Again, not sure I'm using the MM correctly, but I'm guess the fact that neither igniter is turning on at all means the issue is common to both and further up stream?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. People are already complaining about the lack of food prep. :o)
