Stove top burner won't ignite

GE Spectra XL44 gas stove – two of the stove top burners won’t ignite. The igniters are all sparking but only two burners will ignite. Gas is getting to all four burners (I can light them manually). I cleaned the igniters and burner holes. Now, one of the burners that did work has stopped working and one that didn’t work has started working.
