I have a Maytag Bravos Dryer with Steam. We were having a problem with wet lint. The dryer would run for hours and the clothes would still be soaking but hot. I took the dryer apart and found that the pulley and belt had come off the the blower. Used thread lock and fixed that. Also cleaned out TONS of lint from inside the machine.
The dryer is working a little bit better today but not great. It's still taking 2 hours to dry a small load and there is still absolutely no lint at all in the lint trap after each load. Instead there is lint around the door way of the dryer.
