Hi Jake,
I checked the motor coupler and it's not the root cause. I had replaced it some time ago with a modified version with metal keyed piece on the inside. If you recall the original couplers were all plastic would wear out quite often. In that case I knew I it was the coupler when there was no spin.
This time is different, after the fill cycle when it would normally agitate, I can hear what I think is the motor spinning and also a vibrating sound.
When running the timer completes the agitate cycle and prepares for the spin cycle spin cycle it drains and since it doesn't spin I'm left with a bunch of wet clothes.
In the past when checking the coupler to see if either side was worn out I'd manual turn the coupler connected to the transmission/tub side and the tub would spin but that's not happening this time.
Please advise what you think is going on here.
Thanks
