I have replaced the thermofuse 3 times in a year. This last time I replaced the internal bias and the hi-limit thermostat.
But it has failed yet again. This time the symptom is different, though.
Before it wouldn't start. Now it starts and runs without any heat.
For the thermofuse I checked the airways all the way from the drum through the vent out of the building. There are no obstructions.
I'm pretty frustrates about what could be causing this.
Lastly, these problems really started after I burned up the controller board a year ago. I replaced that and some weeks later I started having these other fuse/thermostat problems. This may not be related, but I included it for completeness.
