My dryer has started to beep intermittently. It doesn't matter whether it has been in use or not. The lights flash and it beeps either one beep, two beeps or three beeps and then continuous and then it will stop after a while and then start up again. It sounds like morse code or something and is very annoying! Is it a sensor or what? The dryer does heat and works fine while in use. Up to a couple of hours after it is shut off, it starts in. Again, it doesn't even have to be used that day to start in. We have tried running it and then shutting it off but it resumes beeping. We also unplugged it thinking it would reset but nothing is helping.
