Electronic Control Card won't work

I am totally confused, compressor won't work on this fridge, and when i ordered the control card WR55X10942, i received this one:

Compressor works fine, but i have the freezer and refrigerator temperature at the water/ice dispenser flashing "0".
The Control card i am replacing is this one:

As we see it is not quite the same, am I missing something?
Is any especial arrangement i have to to on the new card in order to have fully working, and not having this flashing display at Water dispenser?
