Ice dispenser-making ice, dispenses water but not ice

A few months ago ice dispenser quit dispensing ice, but will make ice and dispense water. I hear a hum when we try to dispense the ice. I have removed the ice dispenser bucket, selected cubed ice, opened the freezer door, pressed the door switch and pressed the button to get ice. The auger motor does not move and the listtle white thing (??solenoid) in the open window at the back tries to move but doesn't really.

So it the auger motor bad? or the control panel? or the solenoid?

Is something just frozen?

I am not sure where to go from here for troubleshooting the problem.
