No Lights on Panel but Thermal Fuse and Door Switches Test OK

After working normally yesterday, we are suddenly getting no indications of power ... ie: no lights on the control panel in our Kenmore Elite dishwasher. I used my multimeter to test the thermal switch (good continuity) and both door switches (good continuity when switch is depressed in each). I am getting 120V to the thermal fuse so it's not the wiring block. We replaced the console (8558953) when the unit was 1-1/2 years old. Is there a way to test the control board (8564547) or the console without ordering these and hoping I can take back the one that's not required (hopefully)? Any thoughts as to what else may be the cause if anything?
