GE GSL25JFTABS - Warm on top, Cold on bottom! help please!

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your help!

I have a GSL25JFTABS side by side fridge which in the fridge side is freezing in the bottom (crisper areas) and much warmer up top.
I am guessing that there is an issue with how the 'coldness' is being circulated? Perhaps a fan is dead?
I do hear fans running in both the freezer side and less audible is the fridge side.

I also just noticed ice forming on the inside the freezer on the rear back wall of the top of the freezer, directly below the ice maker area.
The ice seems to have started forming from the ice maker area and is forming downward.

The freezer side seems to be cooling properly, it is the fridge side that is ice cold on the bottom and warmer on top.

I've read about replacing the main board, the defrost timer and the evap fan motor.

Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks a million!!

-James
