We've had this unit just over 3 years. It started out where my display wouldn't work if I cooked under it, none of the numbers would register my touching them...but lights and fan worked. I'd let it cool down, it would randomly work. Then one day it just died. Nothing registers...no light, no fan, no display.
I replaced the display panel as well as the two smart boards attached to it - part #: wb27x10901 and wb27x10900
Hooked it up - NOTHING! Power to the unit is good.
Thoughts before the service guy shows up on Wed? This was one expensive unit, hasn't worked right from day one...hindsight being 20/20 I should've had it serviced before the warranty ran out. Now it'll cost me nearly as much in service calls and parts as we paid for it!
