We're having a problem with our refrigerator, we can hear it running (low hum) but the fridge section isn't getting cold. The freezer is still cold, but we're not sure if it's just residual cold, or if that section is still working. We're waiting till tomorrow to see if things in the freezer start to soften up. This is a model with the freezer on the bottom.
Someone on Reddit suggested that the Defrost Heater might be bad? Once we figure out if the freezer is working or not I was going to try to find the access panel and test it with a multimeter, but if anyone has any other suggestions that would be great too.
