GE PSS25SGNABS light comes on inside, but no temp display, water and ice not working

I have a GE PSS25SGNABS light comes on inside, but no temp display, water and ice not working on front dispenser, not making ice. I opened back and motherboard doesn't seem to have any black spots on it. Opened bottom and compressor was covered in dust. I vacuumed it really good and plugged it in and nothing. No noise, no fan. Any ideas?
