Hello I am having issues with my washer and the repair service Frigidaire sent me too. I bought the was 02/14/12 and due to many issues pumps, control panels etc I was given an addition 6 months on my warranty. On 05/14/2013 my washer stopped working, it would abort cycle. My error code was E59. I made sure the pump was clear of debris and called the repairman. He came out and said he felt resistance in the tub and that there was probably something stuck there. He said it would be simpler to replace the entire tub at this point. 21 days later, after the tub was made and drop shipped he came again yesterday with power tools five minutes later he pulled out my daughters underwear and said that was the entire problem, all he replaced was the belt which was severely chewed up on two sections. He sat in front of my machine and started and stopped a few cycles said it was fixed and left. Based on prior experience I ran a load on the rinse spin cycle as that has all the necessary stages but only takes 13 minutes. When It started the pump could be heard quite louder then usual trying to empty out, this continued for the entire cycle. Everything worked like the agitation back and forth and the fast spin but at no point did water enter the machine. It use to have water during this cycle. Water will go in on the bulky cycle though. I contacted frigidaire who called the repair company back, they also had me check the error code and it is still E59. They came back this morning and the repairman told me this is now the control panel and went to get the part, he also says that the error code will be there until there is a new error code to replace it. I feel like I am getting the runaround and I don't feel like I am getting a straight answer.
Will the code stay there indefinitely? What can cause this no water issue? Any advice would be great.
