Kenmore starts, but does not begin drying.

Hi all!

My Kenmore dryer Model Number: 110.76955120 starts...but doesn't begin the tumble cycle. Is this a dryer belt problem? And if I sound like a dunce, where is the belt located? This dryer worked great for years, then stopped. Any help will be appreciated!
