Whirlpool washer doesn't agitate properly

Hello,

My Whirlpool Lsr8233eq0 is now tangling the load around the agitator. The load isn't washing from top and moving to the bottom, it only spins in the basin...The sound gets worse as more gets tangled around the agitator. It is also making a rhythmic clicking. It spins well after replacing base pads. I removed the agitator and everything looks OK. Any ideas?
