I have a Maytag Neptune TL Model Number FAV6800AWW Series 15.
The washer will run in normal mode until it reaches 34 minutes remaining than will stop. Water is left in the machine and if I try to restart it, it just clicks and will not drain. If I enter service mode it will drain so I know the pump is still working. I just had the pump off and gave it a thorough cleaning.
When I tried it again in normal mode is stopped again at 34 minutes remaining.
Anybody have any ideas to trouble shoot?
