maytag no turn slow turn drum

We have a used dryer purchased about 6 months ago... The motor spins but drum not turning.

So far
Belt replaced (6 months ago that fixed a no turn issue with tumbler)
Belt replaced again (originally a no turn when full now just not turning)
Replaced front drum glides
Replaced rear drum bearing wheel shaft (right)

The drum was turning now stops.
When it does turn it s almost sounds like a light metal to metal hiss like rubbing

The drive shaft pulley fell off and I screwed it back on.
The motor turns. (Watched it spin while powered up)

I'm considering replacing the felt rear and front seals but I'm not sure...

Can anyone assist ?
