In cool mode the fan blows and compressor will kick on with cold air for about 30 seconds then kicks off. Wont kick on again for quite some time. thermostat is set well below room temp. In energy saver mode it will only kick on for a few seconds during each cycle. Had unit for 3 yrs and only used during summer months and always worked great. turned it on for first time this year with this problem. Is there a clear solution or could it be just about anything causing this...thanks in advance
