elite electric range F 1 error code

My range is a Elite model # 790.46804992.............. SN# NF 02714648 mfg 7-2000....it is in a summer home and gets very little use. I used it a few days ago it worked fine..came out to set the oven and it would not accept time or temp....disconnected it waited interval reconnected and OK for 5 min and then F1 ERROR CODE displayed...I assume from reading that the control panel is bad..........can I replace a board or is the unit intergral with the touch panel? Can you supply me with a part #?
