Have a GE Spacesaver (over range) microwave that has stopped functioning. When plugged in, the only indication that it is receiving power is the "Timer" image on the left side of the clock display flickers rapidly (and faintly). Have pulled it from the wall, and it is presantly sitting on the floor with the cover removed. Have pulled the fuse, which checks out OK (which was not unexpected, since it appears to be getting "some" power internally). However, with the fuse in place and the unit plugged in, there is no AC voltage reading when tested with probes on either side of the "Fuse Holder". Is this an indication that the Fuse Holder" is faulty, or could the problem be (most likely) elsewhere? The unit is about ten years old, but was rarely used for anything but the surface lights and fan, since I also have a counter top microwave that I used for most heating jobs (hoping to make the over range unit last as long as possible . Any suggestions?
