MZD2766GES - Burnt relay I believe - Looks like a fire occurred in back of Fridge

Hey Everyone!

I was on this website 2 years ago and Jake fixed my problem with the Defrost Control Board! He rocked it so I am here again to see what's up.

Parents noticed the fridge was not cooling or freezing. It has been unplugged so I replugged it in. Fan is running but compressor does not.

Upon taking the cover off the back it becomes immediately apparent what is going on. Looks like a small fire erupted where the compressor is plugged in. The main connector which has about 4 or 5 wires running in on both sides is charred. That will need to be replaced.

Also, there is a white piece with a 3 pronged plug that connects into the side of the compressor. I BELIEVE this is the relay.
This is definitely the part where the fire originated as the middle of it is absolutely toasted.

Now, the fun part! I want to replace the white part with the 3 pronged plug that goes into the compressor as well as the connectors to see if I can get it up and running again. Would it be safe? Do they still make these relays? Can I purchase a new wiring kit?

My father was about to go to Best Buy today to spend 900 on a new fridge, so I want to save them some money here if I can.

Any help would be much much much appreciated!
