Kenmore Elite Model #106.58963702 ice maker not getting water

Ice maker is not getting water...
Filter is new
I've poured water in and it harvests ice cubes
I've installed a new valve
I cleared out frozen fill cup and tube
Melted any ice and checked line
flushed system

After all these steps it made a half cycle of ice

Now any water that come through the fill cup freezes as soon as it hits the ice mold and it only makes a cube (the one closet to the fill cup) at a time)

Any ideas on where to go from here?
