My sister in law is having thin brown stripes appear on her clothes after the washing cycle, stains which she has tried to treat but which seem permanent. She has cleaned the seal but is wondering if perhaps this is a sign that the seal needs to be replaced, it is almost as if the clothes are temporarily sticking in the seal to acquire the strange looking stain. The drum is stainless steel and immaculate, no signs of rust anywhere. We are wondering if this is related to this model, or the age of the machine, or ??? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
