Double Oven Control Panel and/or board

I have an Amana double oven (model AEW4630DDB) that has been beeping and turning the light and timer on/off at random times for a few months. Oftentimes I push the buttons and there is no response. I turn off the breaker for a few hours/evening and then when I turn it back on it flashes E01 and then SOMETIMES I can turn on one of the ovens long enough to cook dinner.

I found the replacement parts for the control panel (Whirlpool 5765M462-60 Panl-Cntrl - AppliancePartsPros.com) and the control board (Whirlpool 74008880 Control, H2 (clock-C - AppliancePartsPros.com) but is there a way to know if I need both of these or just one of them?
