Water leaks from clip in the back

My Maytag Quiet Series 300 seems to be leaking from a clip just above the Drain Motor. I'm guessing it's a seal some where and that's just where it's coming out?

I've attached a picture to point to where I'm talking about. The tub fills and once the wash cycle (I'm guessing) kicks in, is when it starts to leak.
