Wont start afer I changed Control Board

I did the HIGH TEMP WASH/HEAT DRY-HIGH TEMP WASH/HEAT DRY-HIGH TEMP WASH/HEAT DRY
and all the lights light up, but didn't fix it
I did the NORMAL/HIGH TEMP WASH-NORMAL/HIGH TEMP WASH-NORMAL/HIGH TEMP WASH-
and it runs though a wash / clean / dry cycles for 5 min.
If I open the dish washer during this run, the dishwasher stops, So I believe the Latche and door switches are good.
I changed the Control Board ($145) and everything is the same.
Next I know everyone will say change the touchpad,
How can I test to make sure it is the touch pad. they are not in stock locally and I don't just want to wait 4-5 days and waste another $125

HELP!!!!!
