Hi! I own a Neff double fan oven model U1320N0GB/01. I suspect the element in the fan oven (main oven) is faulty, as when it is turned on, the fan activates but there is no heat. I have removed the inside rear panel from the oven and have taken out the faulty element.
I noticed that just one white wire was connected to the element, I might have accidentally pulled other wires loose but I didn't see that happening (they may have fallen behind the panel?). My question is: on this model should there be more than just one white wire connected to the element or are there more? If there are more, I understand I will have to remove the outside rear panel on the oven to locate and feed them through. And so the follow up question to that is: which other wires go where? I made a note of where the white wire was connected but obviously did not see any others.
Your help would be very much appreciated!
Many thanks
Matthew
