Ice maker issues

The ice maker is not working on my side by side, the black tube is clear of ice, the light is not on on the ir sensor and when I hold in both the flap on the left side and the door open button on top the light continuously flashes red once every second, last night there was water in the Ice maker but today there is not but there wasn't any ice in the bucket, mechanism that pushes the ice out is at 2 o'clock
