I have a Kenmore 41729042992 washer that will not agitate or spin. Timer clicks and sounds like it's operating.I have checked the connection at the motor. Looks fine.
Looking at the diagnostic instructions in the machine I got to the part where it said check the voltage at pins 2 & 4 on the 4 pin connection at the controller. It reads if it is 0 check the motor thermal cut out. I'm lost now.
