Single Wall Oven Won't Heat, but Has Power

Have spent the day reading everything I can find about my model and issue, and haven't been able to confirm the diagnosis (i.e. which part needs replacing).

ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo...5995418208.pdf

Symptoms - We have been using this oven for years with no issues. No self-cleaning lately, no storms/power loss, no funny noises or smoke from the appliance, etc. Just suddenly stopped heating. Have power at the control panel (clock and all buttons work), but when I select bake or broil and the temp, the display shows what I selected but the elements inside never heat.

I've pulled the unit from the wall, and:
- thermal fuse with red button (part 119) has continuity (tried pushing it, but doesn't seem to want to depress...maybe because it was already in "ok" position?)
- tested resistance on both bake and broil elements (both were less than 50)
- tested voltage on both bake and broil element wires from EOC (each had one lead at 120V when the function wasn't in use, and when set to "on" each had both leads at 120V)
- tested the resistance on the temperature probe (1095 at approx 77 deg)

I've also tested the continuity on the two thermostats (part 219 and 219A), and both are open (no continuity). Not sure whether they're supposed to read open or closed.

Any expert advice for me (please!)?
