Sub Zero icemaker problems

My icemaker makes ice cubes but spills water into ice drawer which freezes into a large block of unusable ice. I have replaced solinoid 2 times over the years when no ice would form, Any thoughts as to why?

I have turned adjustment screw to minimize size of cubes with no appearent effect.
