I had a Tech out and he checked the defrost heater. He then jumped the board and the heater got hot . He then determined by that action that the board was bad. So he replace it and then defrosted the evaporator coils. About a month has passed and the same problem. Could the defrost thermostat have been the original problem if it is bad? I'm not sure if he checked to see if the heater worked after he replaced the board.
