Whirlpool Oven not closing

My oven had a spill between the inner and outer pane. In an attempt to clean that, my well-meaning friend opened the outer panel and the glass shattered. The inner glass is fine. What do I need to repair that?

Despite not having the outer panel, the oven still closed fine. But recently, the door is not closing properly. The oven light stays on even if I push the door shut. How do I fix this?
