Frigidaire Oven won't light/sporadic lighting

Hello Everyone and thank you for reading my post. I have a Frigidaire FGFL67HSB unit, about 2 years old. For the last 6 months or so I have been having issues with the oven not always lighting, and sometimes staying lit. When the unit would not light I would pull out the under unit storage drawer, unplug the starter element, wiggle all the wires plugged into the regulator etc. and usually the element would start working, sometimes it took two or three times doing this to work. When I was not around my wife would just pull open the storage drawer and slam it a few times to get the same effect. It was annoying, but it did not happen all of the time, so it was not a high priority repair, it might do it once or twice a week, then not happen for a month. a few times it has also stopped relighting the oven in the middle of baking (that 3rd tray Christmas sugar cookies just never browned, because the oven got to temp, shut off and never came back on). So about a week ago we went to use the oven and it would not light so down on the floor I went to usual ritual. When I plugged the element back in there was a blue flash up where the starter element is and the circuit breaker was tripped. reset the breaker, tried again, blue flash, breaker. Took the oven apart, found one of the wires that runs into the ceramic block on the starter had pulled out and had now welded itself to the inside of the oven. Well I ordered the new starter element (should have done this when it first started happening), installed it and oven still will not light. The Digital display seems to be working, clock, oven temp selection etc. but no lighting of oven. I have looked at the schematics that came with the oven and did not see one, but is there a fuse anywhere in the unit that may have been blown when the unit shorted out? Any other suggestions on what could be the issue? I just want to see that nice orange glow in the back of the oven that tells me I will soon be cooking. Thank You all for any help you can provide.
