Identifying dry coils

I need to replace the Dryer coils in my Whirlpool Duet Gas Dryer, and I remembered I had some from a previous repair when I ended up not needing them. What I can't remember is if the repair was for this dryer or not. The set I have matches identically in appearance the ones I took out. Only the number stamped on them is not the same.

I cannot find anywhere, after quite a while of looking, if these numbers are related to the part number or if perhaps they are some kind of lot# or Manufacturing related identification. Does anyone know if the fact that these things look exactly the same is good enough to go with, or if the numbers being different is an indication that they should not be used. None of the pictures I can find online at any parts store have numbers that match either set. Nor do the pictures for matching part numbers match each other at the different parts suppliers online.

Is it worth a shot anyways, because the failure mode for a gas valve solenoid is closed? (Ofcourse,it is Sunday afternoon, tomorrow is a holiday, and a house with 9 people living in it does not do well without a dryer for more than an hour an 15 minutes. :))

Thanks,
Scott
