GE Quiet Power 3 GLD5660N10SS does not drain

Hi,

My GE Quiet Power 3 Model #GLD5660N10SS does not drain. I hear a hum sound. Checked plumbing for any blockage. Nothing found. In service mode, when I press #2(Auxiliary pump), I hear the same hum sound. Please let me know what could be the issue.
