Duet Sport F21 code - Pump seems to work fine

The machine seems to work until the water needs to be pumped from the drum. We can hear the pump kick on and run until it cavitates continuously for a long while before finally displaying the f21 code.

Then I ran a diagnostic test and it also spit out an F27 code. Any suggestions? I have a video of the the motor when its kicks on if needbed but I am not sure where to post it.
