The oven is just over 10 years old. A couple of weeks ago my wife told me the oven quit AGAIN. Last year I had to pull it out and solder the relay connections and it's been working great. The bad thing is that it did not stay dead. When it quit the clock/control display went dark. My wife checked the breaker and even turned it off and back on. This did not fix the problem. I did not have time to work on it that day but a couple of days later I went to check it and the clock was on. I turned both ovens on and they both worked. Darn! I am an auto tech so I understand intermittent problems.
So the wife tries to bake and things did not turn out right. I suspect the TEMP is not correct and will check the TEMP probes this weekend. It is both ovens not working properly so I don't think it is a probe or the elements.
Have you seen this symptom before? I am planning on replacing the ECO if the boards look ok.
